We gathered for Yasuaki’s farewell party, as he is leaving MSU next week and returning to his home institute, Kitasato University in Japan, after two years of visiting scholar term with us. I felt super lucky to have Yasuaki as a founding member of Qiu lab and spearheading our C. elegans-microbe research. Thank you so much for staying with us!
